Are Cardiac Muscles Multinucleated
Are Cardiac Muscles Multinucleated. They are involuntary and have striations. This is straight out of my anatomy book by the way!

Cardiac muscle consists of individual heart muscle cells (cardiomyocytes) connected by intercalated discs to work as a single functional organ or syncytium. Cardiac muscles are unique in that can be both, uni and multinucleated. Correct option is a) skeletal muscle cells are multinucleated from the fusion of muscle cells.
They Are Called Involuntary Muscles.
Each cardiac muscle cell is in contact with another three or four cardiac muscle cells. Muscle skeletal tissue histology striated smooth multinucleate multinucleated. Figure 4.10a (a) skeletal muscle description:
Cardiac Muscle Tissue Works To Keep Your Heart Pumping Through Involuntary Movements.
Is cardiac muscle uninucleate or multinucleated? This is one feature that differentiates it from skeletal muscle tissue, which you can control. The cardiac muscles are dense in the case of endomysium as compared to the skeletal muscles.
While The Cardiac Muscles Are Uninucleate, The Skeletal Muscles Are Multinucleated.
They are involuntary and intrinsically controlled, striated, branched, and single nucleated. However, unlike cardiac and smooth muscle fibers, skeletal muscles are multinucleated, meaning that each cell possesses more than one nucleus. Muscle which cells type types multinucleated striated study nucleus.
They Are Involuntary And Have Striations.
Cardiac muscle is a special tissue associated with the contractile wall of the heart. Cardiac muscle is able to contract and relax, unlike skeletal muscles which only contract. This is straight out of my anatomy book by the way!
The Op Is Right And The Unreliable Source Is Somewhat Right Aswell, Cardiac Muscle Has 1 Or 2 Centrally Located Nuclei, They Are Mononucleated And Sometimes Binucleated, Never Multinucleated Though, Thats The Characteristic Of Skeletal Muscle As You Know!
Muscle is derived from the mesoderm of the embryonic germ layers. Smooth muscle cells are spindle shaped, have a single, centrally located nucleus, and lack striations. Interestingly, some cells in the body, such as muscle cells, contain more than one nucleus (figure 3.20), which is known as multinucleated.
